“Centenary Pool dive tower was constructed along side the building designed by Jim Birrell between 1957-1959. Like the pool, it is heritage listed and recognised for its post-war International style and innovative engineering. This unique sculptural tower with four levels of diving boards is slated to be “virtually rebuilt” to meet “modern competition standards.”
